MOPSM 2025 – Digapahandi by Celebration Plus

The Matsya o Prani Sampad Mela (MOPSM) 2025) at Digapahandi, organized by the Fisheries & Animal Resources Development Department, Government of Odisha, was successfully executed by Celebration Plus.
