MOPSM 2025 – Hinjilicut, Ganjam, Completely Executed by Celebration Plus

The Matsya o Prani Sampad Mela (MOPSM) 2025) was successfully organized at Hinjilicut block, Ganjam district, under the initiative of the Fisheries & Animal Resources Development Department, Government of Odisha on 2nd January 2026. The programme served as an important platform to connect farmers, fishermen, and livestock owners with government schemes, modern practices, and expert guidance.
