MOPSM 2025 – Seragada, Ganjam executed by Celebration Plus

Event, Decor & Catering Executed by Celebration Plus.

The Matsya o Prani Sampad Mela (MOPSM) 2025) at Seragada, organized under the guidance of the Fisheries & Animal Resources Development Department, Government of Odisha, was successfully executed by Celebration Plus with complete event setup, decoration, and food catering services.

The event was honoured by the presence of the Hon’ble MP of Aska, alongside CDVO Ganjam Dr. Anjan Kumar Das. The block-level coordination and smooth organization were led by BVO Seragada Dr. Durga Prasad Hota, who supervised the arrangements for the successful conduct of the mela.

A Beautiful Tricolour-Themed Decor

To make MOPSM 2025 Seragada visually unique and patriotic, Celebration Plus designed a complete Tricolour concept decor representing India’s identity and spirit.

Our decor included:

• Tricolour balloon arches & installations

• Fresh flower decoration with thematic colours

• Orange–White–Green cloth draping across the venue

• Stage & entrance design following the national theme

• Clean stall layout and branding for departments and exhibitors

The theme created a vibrant, unified, and inspiring atmosphere throughout the mela.
